The primary mission of the Finance Department is to prepare, monitor, analyze, and forecast the annual County budgets by providing timely and accurate financial reports to the Board of Commissioners and Department Directors/Elected Officials throughout the year.
The finance Department is held in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and best practices from Governmental Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
In the essence of quality and integrity, the Finance Department will demonstrate our knowledge to assist the County in maintaining budgetary controls and achieving success by exceeding our goals and objectives.
