Please note that ALL Motions and Petitions, except in abuse cases and for payment of attorney and stenographer fees, shall pay a filling fee of $28.00. All QDROs shall pay a fee of $28.00.

Upon filing any Order, Motion, Petition, Rule for disposition by the Court filing party SHALL provide the Prothonotary with copies of the document and addressed, stamped envelopes for ALL PARTIES, unless the attorneys have an internal courthouse mailbox.
