Case Access Guidelines and Payment Requirements

Case Access Guidelines and Payment Requirements

Payments must be made monthly and in accordance with your payment plan. Failure to make payments as required will result in you being listed for Contempt of Court and may include suspension of your driving privileges. Please refer to the Contempt of Court page for more information regarding delinquent payments. You can verify that payments were received and review your balance due by using the web portal and viewing the last page of your docket sheets at http://ujsportal.pacourts.us.

If you are unable to locate your case using your case number, please use your payment plan number instead. If your case qualified for limited access, you will not be able to search by name or case number. In that situation, the payment plan number is the only way to locate your case.

To ensure proper credit, all payments must be clearly marked with the defendant’s name and the Adams County criminal docket number (Case No. example: CP-01-CR-XXX-YEAR) or payment plan number.

Notice: There is a fee for any check, money order, credit card, or ACH returned for any reason.

The Adams County Clerk of Courts Office is proud to offer Direct Pay to our customers.  Direct Pay permits the Adams County Clerk of Courts Office to automatically pull money from your account each month after a written authorization and a cancelled check is filed in our office.  Please read Terms & Conditions and complete the Authorization Agreement to start monthly deductions.
