The Pennsylvania Rules of Court provides the guidance for the Court of Common Pleas to establish and implement rules, regulations, policies and other activities, provided these rules are not inconsistent with the rules of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court or any Act of Assembly. These rules are referred to as "Local Rules". Current versions of the Adams County Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Judicial Administration, Orphans' Court and rules related to Magisterial District Judges will be made available on this page.
