Parks, Recreation, and Green Space Grant Program
The purpose of the Adams County Parks, Recreation, and Green Space Grant Program is to provide funding for the preservation of agricultural lands, open space, park lands, historic and cultural resources, and the development of recreation and trail projects. The program guidelines have been revised to accommodate Act 13 funding allocations.
The application cycle is open annually, typically in June. Please check back or contact the Office for inquiries about future Round openings.

ROUND OPENING
The Adams County Adams County Parks, Recreation and Green Space Grant (PRGS) Program is a competitive funding program, supported by the Adams County Board of Commissioners and administered by the Green Space Advisory Committee, which offers financial resources for eligible park and recreation projects in Adams County.
The PRGS will be accepting applications from municipalities and eligible not-for-profit organizations in Adams County with an interest in developing park and recreation projects June 1st through August 31, 2023.
A pre-application meeting with the Program Coordinator is required before submission of applications. If you have questions, or are interested in applying to the Program, please contact the Program Coordinator, Kelly Koch.
