Public Comment and Hearing

The Draft Adams County Heritage Plan is available for public review and comment through Monday, July 28, 2025. Heritage covers goals and recommendations related to Historic Preservation efforts to undertake throughout the County and its adoption will amend the Adams County Comprehensive Plan. 

The Adams County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on August 6th, 2025, to accept verbal and written comment regarding the draft Adams County Heritage Plan. The Public Hearing will be held at the Adams County Courthouse at 117 Baltimore Street, Gettysburg, PA. The Public Hearing will occur during the regular Commissioner meeting commencing at 9:00 AM.
